Gait Analysis


 We know that everyone runs a little differently, and we don’t want to change what works for you. We recommend booking in for a (super fun) gait analysis if you:

  • Are managing a pesky running injury

  • Want to know how you run and what your strengths and weaknesses are

  • Are looking for professional shoe advice

  • Want to get faster and go longer

Assessments for new patients are 60 minutes long and jam-packed full of valuable and instantly-applicable tips. We usually recommend 3-5 appointments depending on your level and what your goals are. We also offer specialized programs if you're looking to specifically improve on speed or distance.
