Massage Therapy

 Registered massage therapy consists of hands-on manipulation of soft tissues including connective tissues, muscles, ligaments and tendons. Using various techniques, RMT can positively impact the circulatory, muscular and nervous systems of the body. This can be utilized as part of a preventative care plan or help alleviate acute or chronic injuries and conditions – running related or other. Massage can have an over-all enhancing outcome on both your physical and emotional well-being.
