Pelvic health physiotherapy can help patients manage pelvic health dysfunction including pelvic pain, pelvic girdle problems, painful intercourse, bladder and bowel incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse. We also focus in helping women run before or during pregnancy, or return to running postpartum.
Our pelvic physiotherapy programs encompass a variety of pelvic floor problems and are typically between 3 and 5 sessions. The first appointment of each program begins with a 60-minute assessment. Follow-ups will be discussed and booked after the assessment to ensure a specialized program that is the most appropriate for you - so if you're not sure what you need, don't be shy!
