RUNNING PROGRAMS

Not sure where to start? TRP offers programs designed exactly with you in mind. Enter our Resilient Runner series - three levels of customized physio that combines just the right amount of art and science to get you going, and keep you going.

 

RR 1: Solid Foundations

5 Sessions

This foundational program includes a full assessment that covers the Three Cornerstones of TRP’s philosophy: Functional Movement Screen (how you move), Gait Analysis (how you run) and lifestyle (run schedule, training schedule, shoewear, stress levels etc). Based on these findings, we’ll build you up a program in line with your goals to help you treat or prevent injury, and build a solid foundation as a runner of any experience level. We highly recommend that all runners regardless of experience start off here – Move well before you move more.


RR 2: Stronger for Longer

3-5 sessions

Our Stronger for Longer program is a great build to Solid Foundations. It places emphasis on training your body and mind to run longer and stronger while minimizing your risk of overuse injury. For runners who have already completed RR1 program, three sessions will progress you through exercises and gait-specific training to help improve running form and efficiency and maintain it for longer durations. For runners who have not completed RR 1, five sessions are required in order to complete the initial assessment and gait analysis.


RR 3: Need for Speed

3-5 sessions

With a self-explanatory name, our Need for Speed program is exactly what it sounds like. Are you gearing up for a speedy mile for 5k? We cater these sessions towards gaining strength and power, specifically with speed in mind. Three sessions will progress you through exercises and treadmill analysis gait-specific cueing that will help you power through tempos and break through your goals. For runners who have not completed RR 1, five sessions are required in order to complete the initial assessment and gait analysis.
